The Chapplehurst herdBroodmares have been chosen very carefully to produce top quality dressage horses, and in addition to Graham's stallion Matisse, their bloodlines include Donnerhall, Brentano II, Samarant, Rotspon and Longchamp. Youngstock have been bred from frozen semen of Lord Sinclair, Furst Romancier, Espri, San Amour, Decamerone, Wynton and Charmeur. |

Stallions at studWhilst training and competing stallions, we also have facilities to stand them at stud. Matisse (imp) is Graham's own stallion, with whom he competed to FEI Inter I level, before retiring to stud duties and schoolmaster. Read Matisse's profile... Graham also successfully produced the Rubinstein stallion Rubin James, on behalf of a client, as a competitive dressage horse and breeding stallion, before selling him on to up-and-coming dressage/show horse stud, EB Lodge. |

Chapplehurst Foundation Stallion: Matisse (imp)
Havidoff / Clavecimbel / Notabel Matisse is the foundation stallion of Chapplehurst Dressage Horses. Graham purchased the young horse, whilst training in Europe. In 1999, Graham rode Matisse to be the 4yo winner and overall Champion (4, 5 and 6 yos) at the Magnolia Mouldings Young Dressage Horse Championships in England. |
